Reason for the Shortage
- Hospira has discontinued Pontocaine 2% tropical solution.
- There are no other manufacturers of tetracaine 2% topical solution.
Estimated Resupply Dates
Hospira has discontinued all Pontocaine 2% presentations. There are no alternative suppliers of tetracaine topical solution.
