The logo choices below are offered to quality training programs that have undergone the rigors of the ASHP accreditation review process. The logo can be prominently displayed on printed program materials, brochures, and certificates. Please read the Legal Disclaimer before downloading the logo.

First, select the logo appropriate to your status —“ASHP-accredited” or “accreditation application-submitted.” To download the appropriate logo, click the link in the instructions below. We have compressed the file using a program called Winzip to keep download time to a minimum. You will need to unzip the file using Winzip (or other compatible products) before you continue to use the logo on printed material. You can use a paint program (e.g., Photoshop) to open the file, or you may simply choose to import the file directly into your document. For some documents you may wish to use some accompanying explanatory text in conjunction with the logo; if so, please use one of the following formats.

For accredited programs:

The (name of type of program) conducted by (name of organization, city, and state) is accredited by the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists.

For programs that have submitted an application to ASHP for accreditation:

Accredited Program

2. When prompted, specify which drive you would like to save the file.
3. Locate the file named AccreditedLogo.zip from where you saved it.
4. Double click on the file. This will open it in Winzip.
5. Select “Unzip or Install from AccreditedLogo.zip”. Hit the “Next” button.
6. Select a drive where you would like to save the logo. Hit the “Unzip Now” button.
7. Find the AccreditedLogo.tif from where you saved it. You are all set to use the logo on your printed material.
   

Accreditation Application Submitted

3. Locate the file named ApplicationSubmittedLogo.zip from where you saved it.
4. Double click on the file. This will open it in Winzip.
5. Select “Unzip or Install from ApplicationSubmittedLogo.zip”. Hit the “Next” button.
6. Select a drive where you would like to save the logo. Hit the “Unzip Now” button.
7. Find the ApplicationSubmittedLogo.tif from where you saved it. You are all set to use the logo on your printed material.

Once you have successfully unzipped the file, you will see either one of the logos below. These low resolution logos are used for an illustrative purpose. Please do not attempt to download either image and use it on your printed materials.

Use of Accreditation Trademark and Logo

These ASHP Accreditation trademarks, logos and icons may be downloaded from the ASHP web site and used only by ASHP-accredited programs that have submitted completed applications after receiving formal written notification from ASHP. The trademarks and logos may be used only by the program in connection with pharmacy activities such as brochures, promotional materials, posters, certificates of completion issued, catalogs, and bulletins. The trademarks may not be used in conjunction with routine pharmacy departmental communications or other departmental or institutional activities that are unrelated to the pharmacy program. ASHP reserves the right to monitor use and revoke use of the accreditation trademark and logo if used inappropriately or for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
