Podcasts include recordings of programs originally presented in a live setting, as well as interviews with faculty and other pharmacy leaders about important therapeutic and practice issues. Selected podcasts offer continuing pharmacy education credit. The advantage of the podcast format is that you automatically receive the audio from the program in a format that can be listened to from your computer and transferred to a portable MP3 player. You do not need an iPod or MP3 player to take advantage of podcast convenience, audio files can be played on any computer with the ability to play audio files (i.e., Windows Media Player or other software).
