2009 Midyear Clinical Meeting

Retain your submission number which you received with your confirmation. Accepted posters will be posted on this site in mid-August by submission number.
- PRESENT A STUDENT OR RESIDENT POSTER - Submission Sites will open on August 15, 2009; Deadline will be October 1, 2009.
- BECOME A RESIDENT POSTER MENTOR - Click here to complete the application to volunteer. What do I have to do? Commit to providing oral feeback to at least three residents during the Midyear resident poster sessions held Wednesday, December 9.
- IF YOU ARE A CONFIRMED MPA - Click here to submit your items via the MPA Data Collection Site.
- IF YOU ARE A CONFIRMED PRESENTER - Click here to submit your items via the Presenter Data Collection Site.
- BECOME A PEARLS PRESENTER - Pearls sessions are some of the most well-attended sessions at the Midyear Clinical Meeting. Do you have an interesting pearl that conveys one idea, concept, or fact, that has been useful in day-to-day practice, but may not be widely known, understood, published, or taught? If so, submit your idea to educserv@ashp.org by July 1. Please indicate which session your pearl is suitable for: Informatics Bytes, Management Pearls, or Safety & Quality Pearls. Please note that not all submissions will be accepted. Clinical Pearls presentations are by invitation only.
- MANAGEMENT CASE STUDIES - Due to new stringent ACPE standards on requirements for continuing pharmacy education, ASHP is no longer conducting Management Case Study sessions at the Midyear Clinical Meeting. In lieu of submitting an abstract for a Management Case Study, we encourage you to present your management case as a poster at the Meeting. For more information on how to submit an abstract for poster presentation, please see "Present a Poster" above.
- The education program schedule has been finalized and we cannot accept any more proposals for educational sessions. Information about Midyear Clinical Meeting 2010 will be available in December 2009.
