Description: The purpose of this presentation is to provide the new pharmacy practitioner with tips for preparing a curriculum vitae (CV) and interviewing for a pharmacy position. CV content, style, and format will be reviewed. Recommendations for interview preparation, appearance, behavior, question asking and answering, salary and benefits discussion and follow up will be presented.
Upon completion of this webinar, the participant should be able to:
- Contrast the differences between a resume and a curriculum vitae.
- Create an effective curriculum vitae.
- Explain the value of a well-written cover letter.
- Identify positive behavioral characteristics important in the interview process.
