Often, this word is used simultaneously with management and a very important aspect of pharmacy leadership, clinical leadership, is not highlighted. Clinical leadership is a trait that enables experienced practitioners or clinical specialists to develop and implement direct patient care activities that not only complement operational duties but significantly enhance the quality of patient care in an expanded role. This webinar is designed to highlight the importance of clinical leadership and assist new practitioners in understanding the process of implementing a clinical service at your practice site.
