The Executive Committee of the Section of Home, Ambulatory, and Chronic Care Practitioners has created a number of Section Advisory Groups (SAG) and Task Forces to address the needs of members.

• Task Force on Continuity of Care

How to Get Involved

Involvement in the Section’s Programming Committee is another opportunity for involvement. The Section’s Executive Committee often seeks volunteers in early April. If you are interested in becoming involved, you should:

• Submit a cover letter and brief description of your qualifications
• Send your curriculum vitae to the Chair of the Section at sections@ashp.org
