Chad Hardy received his doctorate in pharmacy from The University of Texas at Austin and Masters in information technology from Capella University in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Working in pharmacy for over 16 years, he has spent time in military, public, and private sectors. Today he serves health care informatics in his current role at one of the nation’s largest public health systems . With experience with ASHP publications and guidelines related to informatics, he continues to contribute to the profession of pharmacy informatics.
