Nominations Committee

The Nominations Committee is responsible for determining the election slate each spring for the new members of the Section's Executive Committee. This committee conducts all of its business by email, teleconference and eroom.

Programming Committee

The Programming Committee is responsible for developing educational meeting sessions for frontline pharmacists at the ASHP Midyear Clinical Meeting. The Programming Committee chooses a theme each year to further the Section's mission and recruits meeting-programming associates for approximately four to six thematic sessions. The committee meets formally at the Midyear Clinical Meeting and via e-mail, teleconference and eroom throughout the year.

All Section of Pharmacy Informatics and Technology members are eligible to serve on the Section Committees. Those interested in serving should submit a cover letter and brief description of his/her qualifications and curriculum vitae to the Chair-Elect of the Section at sections@ashp.org.
