The Section of Pharmacy Informatics and Technology’s Executive Committee has three Section Advisory Groups (SAG) and two task forces to address the needs of members in the new Section. The names of these groups are:

• SAG on Clinical Information Systems,
• SAG on Automation & Documentation,
• SAG on Ambulatory Care Informatics,
• Task Force on Standards & Regulations, and
• Task Force on Education & Publications.

How to Get Involved

Involvement in the Section’s Programming Committee is another opportunity for involvement. The Section’s Executive Committee often seeks volunteers in early April. If you are interested in becoming involved, you should:

• Send your curriculum vitae to the Chair of the Section at sections@ashp.org
