Reason for the Shortage

Bedford states the shortage is due to manufacturing delays.

Estimated Resupply Dates

• APP has their cytarabine 20 mL vial (NDC 63323-0120-20) available.
• Bedford has cytarabine available in the 100 mg vial (NDC 55390-0131-10), 100 mg Novaplus vial (NDC 55390-0806-10), 500 mg vial (NDC 55390-0132-10), and 500 mg Novaplus vial (NDC 55390-0807-10). All 1 gram and 2 gram presentations are on back order with no release date.
• Hospira has cytarabine available in the 100 mg vial (NDC 61703-0305-38) and 500 mg vial (NDC 61703-0304-36). The 1 gram vial  and 2 gram vial are on back order and the company cannot estimate a release date.
