Reason for the Shortage
- GlaxoSmithKline acquired Dynacirc CR from Reliant. The product had been unavailable during this transition.
- Actavis has discontinued isradipine 2.5 mg and 5 mg capsules in 100 count size.
Estimated Resupply Dates
- GlaxoSmithKline has Dynacirc CR 5 mg tablets (NDC 65726-0235-10) and Dynacirc CR 10 mg tablets (NDC 65726-0236-10) available.
- Actavis has isradipine 2.5 mg and 5 mg capsules in 60 count sizes on back order and cannot estimate a release date. The company has no emergency supplies.
- Cobalt has isradipine capsules available in 2.5 mg (100 count, NDC 16252-0539-01) and 5 mg (100 count, NDC 16252-0540-01) strengths.
