- Bedford has available haloperidol lactate 5 mg/mL 1 mL vials (NDC 55390-0147-10), 10 mL vials (NDC 55390-0147-01), and 10 mL Novaplus vials (NDC 55390-0447-01). The 5 mg/mL 1 mL Novaplus vials are on back order and the company cannot estimate a release date.
- APP has available haloperidol lactate 5 mg/mL 1 mL vials (NDC 63323-0474-01) and 10 mL vials (NDC 63323-0474-10).
- Teva has available haloperidol lactate 5 mg/mL 1 mL vials (NDC 00703-7041-03) and 10 mL vials (NDC 00703-7045-01).
- Ortho-McNeil has available Haldol 5 mg/mL 1 mL ampules (NDC 00045-0255-01).
