Reason for the Shortage

• Abbott would not provide a reason for discontinuation.
• There are no other manufacturers of triamcinolone acetonide inhalation aerosol.

Abbott has a limited supply of their Azmacort inhalation aerosol (NDC 00074-3014-60) with an expiration date of January, 2010. No additional product will be available.
