50 mg tablets, bottle of 100 (NDC 00015-0503-01) - discontinued

Cyclophosphamide tablets, Boehringer Ingelheim/Roxane
25 mg tablets, unit dose (NDC 00054-8089-25) - discontinued
50 mg tablets, unit dose (NDC 00054-8130-25) - discontinued

Reason for the Shortage

• Bristol-Myers Squibb states the discontinuation is due to low use.
• Boehringer Ingelheim/Roxane could not provide a reason for the discontinuation or back order.

Estimated Resupply Dates

• Cytoxan brand tablets are discontinued.
• Boehringer Ingelheim/Roxane has cyclophosphamide 50 mg tablets (NDC 00054-4130-25) and 25 mg tablets (NDC 00054-4129-25) available.
