Reason for the Shortage

• Bristol-Myers Squibb has discontinued Cytoxan for injection for marketing reasons.
• Baxter has cyclophosphamide for injection available.

• Baxter has cyclophosphamide for injection available in 500 mg (NDC 10019-0955-01), 1 gram (NDC 10019-0956-01), and 2 gram (NDC 10019-0957-01) vials.
