Reason for the Shortage

• Hospira has discontinued their product and cannot provide a reason.
• Bedford had their product on back order and could not provide a reason.

Estimated Resupply Dates

• Baxter has the 10 mL vial size (NDC 00641-2569-44) available.
• Bedford has the 2 mL (NDC 55390-0555-10) and 10 mL vial (NDC 55390-0555-90) available.
