Bristol-Myers Squibb states that the shortage was due to its supplier.

Estimated Resupply Dates

Supplies of carmustine injection are now available. Previously, Bristol-Myers Squibb was allocating supplies of carmustine injection (BiCNU) to patients already receiving a carmustine-containing regimen.
