CE Help and Instructions

Do you have questions, or are you not sure what to do next? Read our important information below to get step-by-step directions on how to process your CE. If you still have questions, please contact our Customer Service Center toll free at (866) 279-0681 (United States and Canada only).

  1. Log in to the ASHP Learning Center (http://ce.ashp.org) using your ASHP login information, username (email address) and password (minimum of 6 characters). If you do not have an ASHP login please follow the directions on the login page.
  2. Once you have entered the ASHP Learning Center, click on the “Process Meeting CE” link.
  3. The 2009 ASHP Midyear Clinical Meeting & ASHP Advantage Symposia should appear on your list of live CE activities.
  4. The system will validate your registration for the meeting before it will appear on your list.
  5. Onsite registrants can submit their CE online immediately following the meeting and print their statements.
  6. Click start to the right of the meeting title.
  7. Click on the link to view sessions for each day of the meeting.
  8. Enter the session code (e.g. M1234 – Note: the letter is case sensitive) which was announced during the session, and select the number of hours equal to your participation in the activity from the drop down box. (Pharmacists should only claim credit for the amount of time they participate in the program.)
  9. Repeat this step to record credit for each day of the meeting.
  10. Click on Submit to receive the attestation page – to verify the total hours you attended for the entire meeting.
  11. Confirm your participation and click on Submit. Your transcript page will appear.
  12. Click on the Print CE Statement button and select the 2009 ASHP Midyear Clinical Meeting & ASHP Advantage Symposia from the drop-down menu to print your CE statement. (Click on the link to complete session evaluations for the sessions you attended prior to printing your statement.)
