ASHP has simplified the process to make it easier for registered Midyear Clinical Meeting attendees to record CE online at the ASHP Learning Center for both ASHP and ASHP Advantage educational sessions at the meeting. Onsite registrants can process CE online before they leave the meeting.
Below are the steps to get CE online:
1. Keep Track of CE Session Codes
- CE Session codes are announced only during the session by the moderators. These codes are not printed in the program book; however, the ASHP room monitors will have the information during the session.
2. Login to CE Site
- Login to the ASHP Learning Center with your username (email address) and password (minimum of 6 characters).
- Click on Process Meeting CE link.
- Find ASHP 2009 Midyear Clinical Meeting on your list of live CE activities and click on Start. Do not click on Remove
3. Enter CE Session Code
- Click on the link to view sessions for each day of the meeting.
- Enter the session code(s) (e.g. M1234 – Note: the letter is case sensitive) for each session attended, selecting the number of hours equal to your participation in the activity from the drop-down box. Click on Submit at the bottom of page for each day. Repeat this step to record CE for each day.
Note: Claim credit only for the amount of time you participated in each session
- Click on Submit on the Program Meeting List screen to complete your entry for the entire meeting.
- Click to attest to your submission and verify your total CE credit hours. Check the box next to the statement “I attest that I have completed this continuing education activity…” and click on Submit to confirm your submission.
4. Print Your Statement
- Select “2009” from the “Year” drop down list on the next screen. From your list, find the ASHP 2009 Midyear Clinical Meeting and click on the Print Statement of Credit link next to any session from the meeting. Your CE Statement should appear on the screen.
- Click on Complete Evaluation to provide feedback on the sessions you attended.
ASHP Advantage Symposia
Those who attended ASHP Advantage symposia but who are not registered for ASHP Midyear Clinical Meeting must follow the directions provided in the symposia to process CE online.
For other industry-supported symposia scheduled in conjunction with ASHP Midyear Clinical Meeting, attendees must contact the symposia organizers for CE information.
Exhibitors
New this year! Exhibitors requesting CE credit for sessions they attended must process CE online after the meeting. ASHP will provide exhibitors, including those who registered onsite, with their login information and instructions on how to process CE after the meeting. Stop by Meeting Info Center for additional details.
Paper CE Form
Availability is limited – attendees are encouraged to process CE online. Please stop by the ASHP Meeting Info Center to pick up a paper form if necessary; however
- Completed forms must be submitted to the ASHP Meeting Info Center before you leave the meeting.
- Your CE Statements will be mailed to you approximately four to six weeks after the meeting.
