Ron Culberson, MSW, CSP
“Making Humor Your Drug of Choice”

Ron Culberson, Director of Everything! at FUNsulting, etc.,  is a speaker, humorist, columnist, and author of Is Your Glass Laugh Full?  His mission is to help healthcare staff and leaders achieve a new level of excellence using humor to minimize stress and maximize effectiveness. He shows people how to have more FUN while preserving the integrity of the work they do and the lives they lead. Plus, he’s just darn funny.

For ten years, Ron worked as a home care social worker, Manager of Counseling Services and Director of Quality Services at Hospice of Northern Virginia (now Capital Hospice).  He also served in the Division of Child Protection at Children’s National Medical Center in Washington, DC. These experiences exposed him to the challenges of healthcare from the front line to middle management to senior management.
