The special opportunities listed below are offered at the 44th ASHP Midyear Clinical Meeting and Exhibition. Each includes recognition in the program book, onsite daily newspaper, ASHP website and signage at the convention center. We can customize additional packages to suit your requirements and budget. Sponsorships are now available to non-exhibiting companies. There is a $5,000 surcharge for companies who are not participating in the exhibit program. Your company must still meet the same criteria as an exhibitor to sponsor any of the opportunities below.

Sponsorship
Network Connections

Help pharmacists connect and they’ll never forget you. At Network Connections, registrants access computer stations where they can send and receive Internet messages without leaving the convention center. Registrants also use this service to complete their meeting evaluation and CE request forms online. Your company or product name and logo will be displayed on each screen with a link to your company’s website.
Wednesday Evening Concert

Party on! This is your chance to sponsor an engaging, high-energy event where attendees have a chance to relax and play.
Closing Day General Session and Luncheon

Have the last word as the 43rd Midyear ends. We’re making this session a “can’t miss” event with an appealing speaker who will offer plenty of tasty food for thought to an attentive audience estimated at more than 2,000.
Grand Opening of Exhibit Hall

Every year the opening of the Exhibit Hall gets more exciting—and draws bigger crowds. Much fanfare, free refreshments and entertainment will bring appreciative attendees to the exhibit hall where your company will be recognized as the sponsor of this no-holds-barred celebration.
Bus Transportation

Sweep them off their feet with convenient transportation! Your message will get around when your company name and logo is on the exterior of chartered buses running to and from official Midyear Clinical Meeting hotels and the convention center. (The sponsor is responsible for the costs to produce and install the graphics.)
Convention Registration Bags

Carry on successfully. These durable bags with the meeting sponsor’s logo will be distributed to all meeting registrants on-site. They’ll serve as convenient carryalls both during and after the meeting.
Meeting & Activities Planner

Advertise your company's products and services to every Midyear Clinical Meeting attendee by sponsoring the Meeting & Activities Planner. This pamphlet style reference guide (4 x 8 ¾) will be stuffed into the meeting registration bags and contains a daily schedule, hotel map, and local restaurant information. Your sponsorship includes advertising space on the front, back, and inside covers, as well as the entire center spread.
Aisle Signs

Lead the way—all the way through the Exhibit Hall. Your company will maintain a consistent presence with its logo prominently featured on aisle signs.
Z-Card
