- Reserved Seating - First Timers are welcome to take advantage of our reserved seating area at the Monday morning Opening Session featuring Dennis Quaid. Instructions: Arrive early! The reserved area will be located in the front, right section of the room and will be available for 20 minutes after the doors open.
- First Timer/New Member Red Carpet Lounge - A First-Timer/New Member Red Carpet Lounge will be provided Sunday, December 6 through Thursday, December 10, from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Room 2702 (Bassano, Level 2), of the Venetian Hotels and Sands Expo Center. This is a room reserved especially for you to meet with colleagues, grab a light snack and simply relax before, during, or after a busy day. ASHP staff will be available throughout the day in case you have any questions or want to learn more about ASHP.
First Timer/New Member Event

First-Timers/New Members Orientation "Keys to Navigating the Midyear Clinical Meeting Like You've Been Here Before" on Sunday, December 6, from 3:00 p.m.-4:30 p.m., in Room 2501B (Veronese Ballroom, Level 2). Plan on attending and get an informative "backstage tour" of MCM 09. Tours will be lead by an ASHP staff member, get the scoop on various meeting activities, where to go for help, as well as tips for staying informed and managing your time during a busy week. Light refreshments will be served following the tours.
