The Residency Showcase is a terrific forum for prospective residents to meet programs' current residents and preceptors in an informal session to gain information about their programs and institutions. There are no other venues available for prospective residents to meet so many potential program directors, preceptors, and current residents in such an efficient forum! Program directors and preceptors also get the opportunity to dazzle prospective residents with information regarding their residency programs. Where else can the brightest future pharmacy graduates and valuable residency program directors meet in the same place? Programs recruiting for the 2009-2010 residency year will be available at their displays during the residency showcase at their designated times.
General Information
All residency programs participating in the showcase will be displaying on either Monday afternoon from 1:00pm to 4:00pm, Tuesday morning from 8:00am to 11:00am, or Tuesday afternoon from 1:00pm to 4:00pm. Programs display during only one of these sessions, not all three. Homework should be done to make sure and not to miss the programs you want to visit and when the programs are displaying. Don’t miss out! Maximize the opportunity.
ASHP staff member and members of the ASHP Commission on Credentialing will be available at the Residency Showcase Information Booth (RSIB) housed within the residency showcase to answer any questions that anyone may have. They will be available at the RSIB within the showcase during showcase hours.
