How to Claim CE

1. Write down the CE Session Code for each session you attend.

  • These codes are announced at the beginning and end of each session; they are not found in the Onsite Program.
  • If you miss the announcement, check with the ASHP Room Monitor at the session.

2.   Login to the ASHP Learning Center at http://ce.ashp.org.

  • Enter your username (email address) and password (minimum of 6 characters).
  • Click on the link Process Meeting CE.
  • On the list of live CE activities, find ASHP 2010 Midyear Clinical Meeting and click on Start.  Do not click on Remove.

3.   Enter your CE Session Codes.

  • Click on the link to view sessions for each day of the meeting.
  • Enter the session code for each session you attended. Example: M12345.  Note that the letter is case sensitive.
  • From each session’s drop-down box, select the number of hours equal to your participation in the activity.
  • At the bottom of each page for each day, click on Submit.  Repeat this step for each day.  Claim credit only for the amount of time you participated in each session.
  • To complete your entry for the entire meeting, click on Submit on the Program Meeting List screen.
  • Attest your submission and verify your total CE credit hours by checking the box next to the statement “I attest that I have completed this continuing education activity . . .” and click on Submit to confirm your submission.

4.   Print your statement.

  •  Your CE Statement should appear on the screen.  Click the Print icon.
  • Click on Complete Evaluation to provide feedback on the sessions you attended.

Symposia

  • If you attended ASHP Advantage Symposia but did not register for the ASHP 2010 Midyear Clinical Meeting, follow the instructions provided at the symposia for processing CE online.
  • For other industry-supported symposia scheduled in conjunction with the ASHP 2010 Midyear Clinical Meeting, contact the symposia organizers for CE information.
