Important Deadlines
- September 6 Balance of booth payment due. There will be no refund for booth cancellation after this date; publication deadline for exhibitor listing in program book.
- October 19 Deadline to order the early bird pre-registrant list.
- November 5 Deadline to order the pre-registrant list.
- November 19 Submission of exhibitor personnel and free Client Badges.
VIP Pre/Post Show Demos
ASHP is offering an exclusive opportunity for exhibitors to invite attendees for a private demo in your booth before and after official show hours. This will allow you time to schedule one-on-one appointments, individually or in groups, with your customers.
New This Year - In order to continue to allow companies the opportunity to participate in provide private demos, ASHP has implemented a $3,500 fee to cover additional security, electricity and administrative costs related to conducting pre and post show demos. This fee covers all demo hours for the duration of the show.
Arrangements for Special Assistance
If you have any disability for which you require an auxiliary aid or special service while attending the meeting, please contact Krystal Stotz at ASHP, kstotz@ashp.org or 301-664-8602, by November 18.
Meeting Attire
Attire for the ASHP Midyear Clinical Meeting is business casual.
Hotel Accommodations
Hotel reservations, including requests for hospitality suites and sub blocks can be made beginning in early August. To assure exhibit space at future ASHP meetings, exhibitors must comply with regulations that require reservations to be made through the ASHP Housing Center. Free Client Badges
Don’t forget to register your local business clients! In addition to your regular customers, ASHP will offer exhibiting companies an opportunity to host their local business clients at no charge! These badges will allow your client access to the exhibit hall for the designated day only. Each exhibiting company will be offered ten (10) client badges for their local clients.
To take advantage of this offer, please complete the Client Badge Form [XLS] and email to Michelle Rasnick Tyler at mtyler@ashp.org by November 19.
Note: All information must be complete in order to process your client badges. This offer is exclusive to local clients in the Anaheim area and may not be used for additional booth personnel. No onsite additions will be accepted.
