Midyear attendees can register for the meeting and make a hotel reservation in one seamless and convenient process! Once you have completed your meeting registration, you will be provided with a personal link to make your hotel reservation through The Housing Connection ASHP's ONLY official housing company. Hotel reservations may still be made separately and prior to registering for the meeting; however, in order to guarantee the convention rates upon check-out, you must register for the meeting. It is that easy!
IMPORTANT ALERT: It has come to our attention that rogue/pirate housing companies have been approaching ASHP members and exhibitors offering hotel reservations. These companies are in no way affiliated with ASHP, the Midyear, The Housing Connection, or the New Orleans Convention & Visitors Bureau. Reservations processed by these rogue/pirate housing companies may not be made at official Midyear hotels and/or may not actually be secured/guaranteed at a New Orleans hotel. The Housing Connection is the ONLY official housing company for the meeting and will not contact you directly to make a reservation.
