Hotel Accommodations

ASHP has reserved a block of rooms for conference attendees at the Omni Shoreham Hotel – a grand luxury hotel nestled on 11 acres in picturesque Rock Creek Park in northwest Washington, D.C. and only steps away from the National Zoo and numerous restaurants.

Room rates are $169 per night for single and double occupancy plus 14.5% tax.  To make reservations, call 1-888-444-OMNI (6664); be sure to mention the ASHP Residency Preceptors Conference, code 1240 060 9797, to receive the special group rate.

To ensure this rate and availability, reservations must be made by July 21, 2010.  After this date, reservations will be accepted on a space and rate availability basis. Cancellations must be received 72 hours prior to the scheduled date of arrival; deposits are not refunded for cancellations made fewer than 72 hours prior to arrival date.

Travel

Three major airports serve the Washington DC region.  They are the Reagan Washington National Airport, Dulles International Airport, and Baltimore/Washington International Airport.  Getting to the Omni Shoreham Hotel from any of these three airports on your own is completely manageable.
