Confirmations - Upon receipt of your registration and payment, ASHP will send you a meeting confirmation. Please check your confirmation to verify all of the activities for which you have registered.
Registration Cancellations and Refunds - To receive a full refund, confirmed registrations must be cancelled in writing on or before August 2, 2012 (postmark or fax date). Written cancellations postmarked or faxed August 3–August 16, 2012 will be subject to a $50 handling charge. Refunds will only be issued for cancellations postmarked or faxed before August 16, 2012. Payments - Payments to ASHP are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes. However, they may be deductible under other provisions of the Internal Revenue Code.
