For planning purposes, we need to hear from you! Please let us know by June 10 if you would like to reserve a seat on the shuttle.
- Downtown Shuttle - Reserve a seat on the ASHP hosted shuttle to downtown Chicago. All registered attendees and exhibitors will receive a shuttle ticket with their meeting badge. Additional ticktets can be purchased for $25 at the meeting in Staffed Registration. However, for planning purposes please indicate if you would like to reserve a seat for a guest.

ASHP Shuttle Trip to Downtown Chicago!
For the first time ever, ASHP will host transportation to downtown Chicago for a "night out on the town" designed to allow attendees the chance to customize their "down time" experience.

While the Village of Rosemont was the selection of this year's meeting site due to its accessibility, meeting space and affordable hotel rates, we didn't want attendees to miss an opportunity to experience the unique, cultural offerings of downtown Chicago if they so choose. The "hot and trendy" Rush Street, the fun and thrilling Navy Pier or "power shopping" on one the most famous retail strips in the world, Chicago's Miracle Mile, will be included (based on interest). For planning purposes, attendees will be asked to sign up here (see sign up list on right) once they've registered for the Summer Meeting. Shuttle service will be provided to and from downtown during certain hours. Those attendees wishing to stay downtown past the last shuttle departure will be responsible for their own transportation back to Rosemont.

For those attendees who would rather stay in Rosemont on Monday evening, there will be plenty to do. Treat yourself to a Movie Night at the amazing, state-of-the-art Muvico Theatre, walk to your choice of one of the many award winning restaurants, attend an industry-supported dinner symposia – or just relax!
