Business Functions
Business Functions for business meetings, focus groups and other related activities may be scheduled at official meeting hotels [PDF], Saturday-Wednesday, during times that do not conflict with ASHP programs and exhibits. The fee is $550 per function/day. Full payment must be submitted online using a credit card. Applications will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis, and based on space availability. Social Functions
Social Functions for receptions and other related activities may be scheduled at official meeting hotels [PDF] during times that do not conflict with ASHP programs or exhibits. ASHP does not charge a fee to conduct these functions, but organizations may be charged additional fees by the hotel. Requests will be processed and scheduled at hotels on a first-come, first-served basis and based on hotel availability. All Function requests must be approved and coordinated through ASHP. The final deadline to submit an application for a Symposium and/or Function is May 8, 2009.
