Meeting Sponsorships

The special opportunities listed below are offered at the ASHP Summer Meeting and Exhibition.  Each includes recognition in the program book, onsite daily newspaper, ASHP website and signage at the convention center.  We can customize additional packages to suit your requirements and budget. Sponsorships are now available to non-exhibiting companies.  There is a $5,000 surcharge for companies who are not participating in the exhibit program.  Your company must still meet the same criteria as an exhibitor to sponsor any of the opportunities below. Lunch in the Exhibit Hall

Here's a tasty way to get the attention of everyone at the meeting  -and get them into the exhibit hall.  Sponsor Tuesday's lunch and be in the center of the action.

Grand Opening Reception

Show off your hospitality on Sunday evening.  As a sponsor of the Welcome Reception, your company will be front and center with meeting attendees who are eager to network and ready to learn.

Network Connections
$20,000

Connect with customers when they go online.  At Network Connections computer stations, attendees can send and receive Internet messages without leaving the convention center.  They also use this service to complete their meeting evaluation and CE request forms online.  Your company name and logo will be displayed on each screen, and a link will be provided to your website.

Meeting & Activities Planner
$15,500

Advertise your company's products and services to every Summer Meeting attendee by sponsoring the Meeting & Activities planner. This pamphlet style reference guide will be stuffed into meeting registration bags and contains a daily schedule, hotel map, and local restaurant information. Your sponsorship includes advertising space on the front, back, and inside covers, as well as the entire center spread.

Aisle Signs (SOLD)

Be seen at every turn in the exhibit hall.  Maintain a consistent presence with your company logo and booth number printed at the bottom of the signs.

Lanyards (SOLD) – SPONSORED BY SAGENT PHARMACEUTICALS

Make a statement with lanyards worn by all registrants.  Your company name and logo go everywhere with everyone.

Convention Tote Bags/Briefcases (SOLD)

They'll use them at the meeting -and at home, too.  These durable bags will be distributed to all meeting registrants onsite and will serve as convenient carryalls both during and after the meeting.

Hotel Keys (SOLD)

Open doors to sales.  Put your name and logo into the hands of every Summer Meeting participant over the course of the five-day meeting.
