Meeting Location
All ASHP sessions, House of Delegates activities, and exhibits will be held at the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center, unless noted otherwise. For room assignments, see the onsite program book.
Registration
Register on or before May 6, 2009 and save up to $100 on member/nonmember registration fees. ASHP discounted member rates also apply to member of the Canadian Society of Hospital Pharmacists (CSHP). For more details on meeting registration, please click here.
Cancellation Policy
To receive a full-meeting registration refund, confirmed registrations must be cancelled in writing and mailed or faxed on or before June 4, 2009 (postmark or fax date). Written cancellations postmarked or faxed June 5 through June 13 will be subject to a $50 handling charge. Refunds will be issued only for cancellations postmarked or faxed before June 14.

Children
For health and safety considerations, children under the age of 16 will not be admitted to the Exhibit Hall or educational sessions.
Please Note
Payments to ASHP are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes. However, they may be deductible under other provisions of the Internal Revenue Code. Only additional donations to the ASHP Research and Education foundation are tax deductible.
