Industry-Sponsored Programming Links
ASHP will publish a list of industry-sponsored programming --including date, sponsor and phone number-- in the May 1 issue of the AJHP® and on the ASHP website. For an additional fee, exhibitors sponsoring symposia may purchase links on the ASHP website to pages outlining additional program details including session agenda, speakers, objectives and CE, as well as, an e-mail link for online registration.

ASHP Mailing Lists
Maximize your reach to pre-registrants at the ASHP 2009 Summer Meeting & Exhibition via direct mail. Mailing lists should be ordered at least 30 days before the meeting to ensure delivery for a pre-meeting mailing. The response deadline to purchase a list is Wednesday, May 20, 2009. Hotel Door Drop
ASHP will arrange for distribution of your product literature, special booth promotions, products and services, C.E. monographs, press releases and symposium information delivered to attendee hotel rooms. Promotional pieces may not be distributed outside of ASHP controlled services. All literature must be approved by ASHP in advance.

Press/Media Information
ASHP meetings are covered by a broad range of health care media. To receive a list of media outlets that send representatives to ASHP meetings or to arrange for a press conference at the convention center please contact Jocelyn Milford. Exhibitors wishing to display media kits during the meeting should bring materials to the onsite press room for approval by the Public Relations staff.

Marketing Collateral
Companies may not use the ASHP logo or name ASHP as the co-sponsor of the presentation. The only phrase that may be used is "to be conducted at the ASHP 2009 Summer Meeting & Exhibition." Marketing materials promoting your event may not be distributed in any area of the convention center (except within the sponsor's booth in the exhibit hall).
