Other Important Information
Special Registration Promotions
- New! Student Weekend Rate - For the first time this year students are welcome to attend the ASHP 2009 Summer Meeting at new low cost Weekend Rate. The Student Weekend Rate allows both member and nonmember students to attend all sessions and events on SATURDAY-SUNDAY ONLY for a new low cost rate of $100.
- Bring Your Administrator - If you are a full-time Summer Meeting registrant, you can bring a health-system administrator at no additional charge. This is a wonderful opportunity for your administrator to see the latest technologies at the Exhibit Program and learn about the role of the pharmacist in ensuring safe and effective medication use. Administrators who want to earn CE credit must register under the applicable registration fee. To participate, call Customer Service, 866-279-0681.
- Bring a Staff Member - If you are a full-time registrant director/manager, you are eligible to bring one staff member to the meeting. Registrations must be received by ASHP on or before June 4, 2009. To participate, please fill out the registration form or call Customer Service at 866-279-0681.
Confirmations
Upon receipt of your registration and payment, ASHP will send you a meeting confirmation. Please check your confirmation to verify all of the activities for which you have registered.
Cancellation Policy
To receive a full-meeting registration refund, confirmed registrations must be cancelled in writing and mailed or faxed on or before June 4, 2009 (postmark or fax date). Written cancellations postmarked or faxed June 5 through June 13 will be subject to a $50 handling charge. Refunds will be issued only for cancellations postmarked or faxed before June 14.
