Modifications or cancellations to an existing hotel reservation or requests to make a new reservation for the Summer Meeting must be made with the hotel directly. Click the online listing of hotels for contact information. Important Note: Requests for new reservations will be made based on hotel availability and the hotels may charge higher rates.
Hotel Guarantee, Confirmation, and Cancellation

GUARANTEE - All reservation requests must be accompanied by a credit card guarantee for one night’s room and tax, even if paying by check. (Tax is currently 13 %.)
CONFIRMATION – If a reservation was made prior to May 29, an acknowledgement of your room reservation will be sent directly to you by the ASHP Housing Bureau. Please review all information for accuracy. If you do not receive one or have questions, call 847-996-5876. You will not receive a confirmation from your hotel unless the reservation was made after May 29.
CANCELLATIONS/CHANGES - Cancellations and changes must be made directly with the ASHP Housing Bureau in writing or online until May 28, 2009. Cancellations and changes can be emailed to ashp@experient-inc.com. On or after May 29, 2009, changes and cancellations must be made with the hotel directly and are based on availability. All cancellations made after May 29, 2009 are subject to individual hotel cancellation policies which may be one night's room and tax. If you do not arrive at the hotel on the date indicated you will be considered a "no-show" and your deposit will be forfeited and your room reservation will be cancelled in its entirely. Cancellations to confirmed reservations after May 14 will be subject to a $50 cancellation processing fee per reservation.
