Introduction

Use this CE Request Center to record CE credits for all ASHP meetings, conferences, and seminars for which CE was provided.

Click here to obtain an ASHP ID# for use with the free ASHP CE programs if you are not an ASHP member and do not already have an ASHP account.

Login to the system using your ASHP ID#. Once you have logged in you will be able to select the meeting, conference or seminar for which you wish to request CE credit.

Codes that begin with "0" are for ASHP Advantage sessions and those must be processed at http://www.ashp.org/advantage/meeting/index.cfm
