If you have an existing reservation and need to make a change or cancel the reservation, please contact your assigned hotel directly.

If you wish to make a reservation, you may also contact the hotels directly. Reservations will be made based on guest room availability and the hotels may charge higher rates.

Important Cancellation Information: A $25 cancellation processing fee will be charged to confirmed reservations if cancelled after May 14, 2008 and prior to 72 hours of arrival. Cancellations within 72 hours or arrival will result in forfeiture of the entire deposit..
