Online Meeting Evaluations

Thank you for attending the 2008 ASHP Summer Meeting in Seattle, Washington. We hope your experience was both educational and enjoyable. Please take a few minutes to complete an on-line evaluation for the programs you attended. (If you attended more than one program, you may provide an evaluation for each program that you completed.) Your feedback is important and helps us plan the educational programming for future meetings.

For your convenience, you may complete evaluations at the meeting at the Network Connections, from your own computer at the meeting, or at home after the meeting. (Just return to this page of the ASHP Web site.)

Evaluations completed by July 1, 2008 will be eligible for our drawing to win a $50 Best Buy Giftcard. Each time you evaluate a session or program, your chance of winning increases.
