Association Travel Concepts (ATC) is the official travel agency for the ASHP 2008 Summer Meeting and Exhibition. ATC Searches for the lowest available fares on any airline and also has arranged discounted rates with United and American Airlines, and discounted car rentals with Hertz and other rental agencies. The airline and car discounts below apply for travel between 6/4/2008 – 6/14/2008. Please remember to enter the appropriate code to receive your discount.

Airline Discounts

United Airlines: Up to 15% off applicable classes of service for tickets purchased more than 30 days prior to the meeting. Restrictions apply and not all classes of service apply for the 15% discount.

Car Discounts

ASHP members can take up to $25 off the Hertz lowest available rate and then receive a member discount.  Save $5 per day, up to $25 per week, off your meeting rental.

Getting Downtown from the Airport

Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (Sea-Tac) is approximately 16 miles from most of the downtown hotels.  Click here to view a map of downtown Seattle. 

The Ground Information Booths are located across from Carousel 12 in baggage claim and on the third floor of the parking garage.  You can also dial 55 from any Traveler’s Information Board, located at the base of the baggage claim escalators, for ground transportation information.  Click here for a map of Seattle-Tacoma International Airport.

Taxis

Taxis are readily available at Sea-Tac Airport on the third floor of the parking garage.  Fares are approximately $28-$35 one-way to downtown. 

Shuttle Service

• Shuttle Express (425-981-7000). Passengers are picked up at the inner drive curb on the third floor of the Airport Garage.  The Shuttle Express booth is located between elevator banks 3 and 4, next to the Ground Transportation booth.
• Airporter Shuttle (1-866-235-5247). Airporter Shuttle serves the airport outside Door 00 on the baggage claim (lower) level.
• Gray Line Downtown Airporter (1-800-426-7532). Downtown Airporter by Gray Line serves the Airport outside Door 00 on the    baggage claim (lower) level.  Shuttles depart twice an hour from 5:30am – 11:00 pm. 

Public Bus

Metro Buses run between the Airport and downtown Seattle on routes #194 Express and route #174.  For more information visit: http://transit.metrokc.gov/. 

Getting Around Downtown
