Industry-Supported Educational Activities
This is an exclusive opportunity for companies exhibiting at the meeting.
A contract for exhibit space must have been submitted to ASHP prior to completing the application process for symposia.
Satellite Symposia (breakfast and dinner) are educational
sessions which take place at official meeting hotels, Saturday-Wednesday, during

Industry-Supported Promotional Activities
Product Theaters (breakfast and dinner) are informational and/or promotional in nature and CE credits are not offered for attendance. These presentations also take place at official meeting hotels and convention center, Sunday-Wednesday. The fee is $15,000 per program. Conducting Meetings and Social Events
Business Functions for business meetings, focus groups and other related activities may be scheduled at official meeting hotels, Saturday-Thursday, during times that do not conflict with ASHP programs and exhibits. ASHP considers business functions to include 50 people or less. If your business function does not meet this criteria, contact Michelle Rasnick Tyler at mtyler@ashp.org. The fee is $600 per function/day. Full payment must be submitted online using a credit card. Applications will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis, and based on space availability. Social Functions for receptions and other related activities may be scheduled at official meeting hotels during times that do not conflict with ASHP programs or exhibits. ASHP does not charge a fee to conduct these functions, but organizations may be charged additional fees by the hotel. Requests will be processed and scheduled at hotels on a first-come, first-served basis and based on hotel availability.
