Social Functions
Social Functions for receptions and other related activities may be scheduled at official meeting hotels during times that do not conflict with ASHP programs or exhibits. ASHP does not charge a fee to conduct these functions, but organizations may be charged additional fees by the hotel. Requests will be processed and scheduled at hotels on a first-come, first-served basis and based on hotel availability. A hotel representative will contact you directly to confirm meeting space and coordinate arrangements.
