Read the description of Section Offices and related Policies [PDF]. Those interested in participating should complete/upload and submit the following three documents to the section link below:
- Online Biographic Summary Form
- Curriculum Vitae
(submitted with the Bio Summary Form)
- Letter(s) of recommendation (optional)
Letter(s) of recommendations can be sent to sections@ashp.org and completion of the Online Biographic Summary Form must be done before the March 10, 2013, 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time deadline.
