Contributing an hour of your base salary* to the ASHP-PAC can help elect members of Congress who support your role in patient care and will champion the issues, like drug shortages, provider status, REMS, and supporting residency training.
The November congressional elections provide us with a critical opportunity to elect members of Congress who will pass laws that will support your patient care role.
ASHP-PAC is the only political action committee focused on the issues that impact your professional needs as a health-system pharmacist. The PAC is a way for ASHP members to pool resources to ensure that that the issues affecting you and your patients are heard and taken seriously by members of Congress.
Your contribution will help give hospital and health-system pharmacists a stronger voice on Capitol Hill and will help ASHP maximize our support for the campaigns of the sponsors of drug shortages legislation, and other legislation that affects your practice and the patients you serve.
