  • Hospira has potassium chloride 30 mEq/15 mL vials on back order and the company cannot estimate a release date. Potassium chloride 20 mEq/1000 mL in 5% dextrose is on back order with an estimated release date of late-March 2015. Potassium chloride 20 mEq/1000 mL in 5% dextrose and 0.225% sodium chloride is on back order and the company estimates a release date in mid-May 2015.
