ASHP hosts a number of national-level meetings and conferences each year to provide health-system pharmacy practitioners with venues for updating their knowledge, networking with colleagues, enhancing their skills, and learning about the latest health-system pharmacy issues, products and technologies.
Midyear Clinical Meeting and Exhibition
The ASHP Midyear Clinical Meeting is the largest gathering of pharmacists in the world. With its focus on improving patient care, the meeting is attended by more than 20,000 pharmacy professionals from 86 countries. For four decades, the ASHP Midyear Clinical Meeting has provided healthsystem pharmacy practitioners with a venue for updating their knowledge, networking with colleagues, enhancing their skills, and learning about the latest products and technologies. National Pharmacy Preceptors Conference
The National Pharmacy Preceptors Conference provides the latest and most proven methods in pharmacy precepting to initiate, grow, and strengthen a residency program and/or the student’s experience in various practice sites. This is the only conference designed purely to meet the needs of pharmacy residency program directors, residency preceptors, experiential coordinators and student preceptors. The NPPC always delivers educational sessions on the most requested and pressing topics in pharmacy precepting as well as the opportunity to network with preceptors from all over the country.

Oncology Pharmacy Preparatory Review and Recertification Course
The American College of Clinical Pharmacy and the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists are pleased to announce the increasingly popular 2016 Oncology Pharmacy Preparatory Review and Re-certification Course.
The 2016 Oncology Pharmacy Preparatory Review and Re-certification Course will be held April 28 – April 30, 2016 in Dallas, Texas and will offer 22.25 contact hours of live continuing pharmacy education credit. The course is designed to assist the experienced clinician in identifying knowledge gaps in the various content domains covered on the BPS board examination and assumes the learner meets the eligibility requirements to sit for the BPS specialty examination.
