How to Record Continuing Pharmacy Education Credit
All attendees must record their CE online or obtain a paper CE Record Form from the Meeting Information Center at the meeting. Pre-registrants recording their CE online will be able to print out their CE statement immediately. If you register on-site, you can record your CE online six to eight weeks after the meeting. If you use the paper form you will receive your CE statements via email six to eight weeks after the meeting.
To receive CE credit, you must obtain a CE Session Code for each CE session you attend. The codes are announced only during the live sessions by the moderators; ASHP staff members serving as room monitors will also have this information. CE Session Codes are not printed in the Program Book.

Paper CE Record Form Option
If you don’t want to submit your CE Record online, pick up a CE Request Form at Meeting Information Center.
- You may submit your completed form at the Meeting Information Center.
- CE Tracking Forms are not accepted in lieu of CE Record Forms.
- Your CE Statement will be mailed to you approximately eight to ten weeks following the meeting.
- You may record your CE anytime after the meeting. Per ACPE requirements, these programs are valid for three years.
