Poster sessions encourage registrants to informally discuss current projects in pharmacy practice with colleagues. This is your opportunity to pick up ideas from hundreds of successful programs that have worked in other healthcare systems. CE is NOT offered for poster sessions.
There are two broad professional poster designations. The last letter in the poster presentation number indicates its designation. The designations are as follows:
- Descriptive Reports (D): Describes new, improved, or innovative roles / services in pharmacy practice or unusual clinical cases that have not been formally evaluated but are of such importance that they must be brought to the attention of practitioners.
- Evaluative Studies (E): Completed original research, including new roles or services in pharmacy practice.
In addition to the two designations listed above, Students and Residents will be allowed to submit Research-in-Progress Reports.
