Important Deadlines
- September 11 Publication deadline for exhibitor listing in program book.
- September 15 Advertising deadline for October 15 Midyear Clinical Meeting issue of AJHP.
- October 13 Balance of booth payment due. There will be no refund for booth cancellation after this date.
- October 21 Deadline to order the early bird pre-registrant list.
- November 3 Deadline to order booth backgrounds and signs free of charge.
- November 4 Deadline to order the pre-registrant list.
- November 24 10 Free Client Badges.

Meeting Attire
Attire for the ASHP Midyear Clinical Meeting is business casual.
Hotel Accommodations
Hotel reservations, including requests for hospitality suites and sub blocks can be made beginning in early August. To assure exhibit space at future ASHP meetings, exhibitors must comply with regulations that require reservations to be made through the ASHP Housing Center. Travel Information
Association Travel Concepts (ATC) is the official travel agency for the 43rd Midyear Clinical Meeting and Exhibition, offering discounted airfares on United and American Airlines, and car rentals through Enterprise and Avis. Purchase tickets more than 30 days prior to the meeting and save up to 15% off the lowest available fares with United and 5% off applicable classes of service with American Airlines. All discounts apply to travel between November 29 and December 9, 2007.

Free Client Badges
Don’t forget to register your local business clients! In addition to your regular customers, ASHP will offer exhibiting companies an opportunity to host their local business clients at no charge! These badges will allow your client access to the exhibit hall for the designated day only. Each exhibiting company will be offered ten (10) client badges for their local clients.
To take advantage of this offer, please complete the Client Badge Form complete the following form [XLS] and email to Michelle Rasnick Tyler at mtyler@ashp.org by November 24.
Note: All information must be complete in order to process your client badges. This offer is exclusive to local clients and may not be used for additional booth personnel. No onsite additions will be accepted.
