Meeting Sponsorships

Network Connections

Help pharmacists connect and they’ll never forget you. At Network Connections, registrants access computer stations where they can send and receive Internet messages without leaving the convention center. Registrants also use this service to complete their meeting evaluation and CE request forms online. Your company or product name and logo will be displayed on each screen with a link to your company’s website.

Wednesday Evening Party

Party on! This is your chance to sponsor an engaging, high-energy event where attendees have a chance to relax and play.

Closing Day General Session and Luncheon

Grand Opening of Exhibit Hall

Every year the opening of the Exhibit Hall gets more exciting—and draws bigger crowds. Much fanfare, free refreshments and entertainment will bring appreciative attendees to the exhibit hall where your company will be recognized as the sponsor of this no-holds-barred celebration.

Bus Transportation

Sweep them off their feet with convenient transportation! Your message will get around when your company name and logo is on the exterior of chartered buses running to and from official Midyear Clinical Meeting hotels and the convention center. (The sponsor is responsible for the costs to produce and install the graphics.)

Aisle Signs

Lanyards

Lead Retrieval Cards

Pick a card and get lucky. Sponsor Lead Retrieval Cards and get your company name and logo into the hands of every meeting attendee over the course of the five-day meeting.

Convention Registration Bags

Carry on successfully. These durable bags with the meeting sponsor’s logo will be distributed to all meeting registrants on-site. They’ll serve as convenient carryalls both during and after the meeting.

Hotel Keys

Every time they use their keys, they’ll see your name. Put your company’s product name or logo on all major hotel keys and into the hands of most Midyear attendees over the course of the five-day meeting.

Seated Massage Center

Ahhh... Win the gratitude of mellowed registrants who’ve enjoyed the massage center. You can distribute coupons for free massages from your booth in the exhibit hall.

Shoe Shine Station

Polish your sales pitch. Watch pharmacists take a shine to your offerings when you give them free shoe shine coupons at your booth.
